When you submit information through our website forms (including sign-up forms, volunteer forms, petition signature forms, and contact forms), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us.
By submitting a form, you consent to us collecting and using your information as described in our Privacy Policy. You understand that providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in the rejection of your submission and, in the case of petition signatures or donations, may constitute a violation of Arizona or federal law.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from the Campaign, you agree to the following terms in addition to our SMS/Text Messaging Policy outlined in our Privacy Policy:
Program Name: Dr. Stephen Neal Jr. for Superintendent Campaign Updates
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for pricing details.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation message.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected].
Consent: Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase, donation, volunteer activity, or other service. You may opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms or by texting a designated keyword to our campaign number.
Opt-In Data: We will not sell, rent, lease, or share your phone number or opt-in consent information with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt-in data will only be shared with our authorized service providers solely to facilitate message delivery.
Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Compatibility: SMS messaging may not be available on all wireless devices or carriers. The Campaign is not responsible for messages that are not received due to device incompatibility, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

By providing your email address and opting in to receive email communications, you consent to receive campaign-related emails including news, event invitations, volunteer opportunities, fundraising communications, and other updates from Dr. Stephen Neal Jr. for Superintendent.
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included in every email, or by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Unsubscribe." We will honor all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act.
Even after unsubscribing from marketing emails, you may still receive transactional or legally required communications (such as donation receipts or FEC-mandated notices).

Donations & Contributions
Contributions to the Campaign are subject to federal and Arizona state campaign finance laws. By making a donation, you represent and warrant that:
- You are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident of the United States
- The contribution is made from your own personal funds and is not made in the name of, or refunded by, another person or entity
- You are not a federal government contractor
- You are at least 18 years of age
- The contribution does not exceed applicable legal limits under federal and Arizona state law
Reporting Requirements: Under federal election law and Arizona campaign finance regulations, the Campaign is required to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. This information becomes part of the public record and may be accessible through the Federal Election Commission (FEC) and the Arizona Secretary of State's office.
Refund Policy: All donations are final. Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Campaign or as required by applicable law. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at [email protected].

Volunteer Activities
If you sign up to volunteer for the Campaign, you understand and agree that:
- Volunteer activities are performed on a voluntary basis without expectation of compensation
- You will conduct yourself in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner when representing or engaging on behalf of the Campaign
- The Campaign may use photographs, videos, and testimonials from campaign events and volunteer activities for promotional and campaign purposes
- You will comply with all applicable laws, including election laws governing canvassing, petition circulation, and campaign communications
- The Campaign reserves the right to discontinue any volunteer's participation at any time for any reason
Volunteers are not employees, agents, or independent contractors of the Campaign. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and the Campaign.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, campaign slogans (including "Golden Pathways for Educational Change"), design elements, and software — is the property of Dr. Stephen Neal Jr. for Superintendent or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our website without our prior written consent, except as follows:
- You may share campaign content through social media platforms using the sharing features provided on the website

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DR. STEPHEN NEAL JR. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact the Campaign at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days. Most concerns can be resolved through good-faith communication.
Waiver of Class Action: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
